Plain-language terms for using this website and EasyTracking Web. Your subscription agreement is the controlling document for licensed deployments.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website and, together with your subscription agreement, your use of the EasyTracking Web application provided by Dynamic Design Software.
2. Subscriptions and licensing
EasyTracking Web is licensed per agency deployment. Each licensed module may be used by unlimited users within the subscribing organization. Subscriptions include software upgrades, installation assistance, training, and support for the duration of the subscription period.
3. Your data
Records your organization enters into EasyTracking Web remain your organization's property. We provide backup and export capabilities so your data is never locked in.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the software only for lawful record-keeping purposes and in compliance with the laws and policies that apply to your organization, including those governing law-enforcement and personal records.
5. Availability and support
We work to keep hosted deployments available and supported, including automated backups and continuous updates. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may occasionally interrupt service.
6. Limitation of liability
The software is provided as described in your subscription agreement. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the subscription period in which a claim arises.
