We build software for agencies that take records seriously, and we treat your information the same way. In short: we collect only what we need to work with you, we don't sell it, and your agency's data stays your agency's data.
1. What this policy covers
This policy describes how Dynamic Design Software ("we") handles personal information on this website and in the EasyTracking Web application. It applies to visitors of this site, to prospective customers who contact us, and to users of customer deployments of EasyTracking Web.
2. Information we collect on this website
When you contact us — through the contact form, by email, or by phone — we collect the information you provide: your name, organization, contact details, and the content of your message. We use it to respond to you and to follow up on your inquiry.
This website does not use advertising trackers. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be kept for security and troubleshooting.
3. Data inside EasyTracking Web
Each EasyTracking Web customer operates its own dedicated deployment. The records an agency keeps in the system — properties, contacts, inspections, incidents, and billing — belong to that agency. We access customer data only to provide support, hosting, and migration services the customer has requested.
Customer deployments include security measures such as encrypted sign-in sessions, hashed passwords, role- and area-based access control, expiring share links with access logging, and automated backups.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate our services (such as hosting infrastructure), or when required by law.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you. Customer data in EasyTracking Web is retained according to the customer's own policies and subscription agreement.
6. Your choices and contact
